Hello, It’s About Adams children foundation

Our Story

Adams children foundation is a registered Non-Governmental Organization operating in Mbale,Uganda. We hold a deep belief in the value of education and the hope it can bring to young lives. Our mission is to “Empower mbale children living in poverty to transform their lives through education and support, leading to employment.”

Our program looks for kids with the potential to be successful. Students in the program must attend schools we choose, and the selection requirements for the program have become increasingly stringent over time. We collaborate with educational institutions that have a proven track record of producing high academic results, even though we neither own nor run any of them.

What We Do

Education 

Our primary goal is to educate our pupils so they can change the course of their lives. Paying school fees, supplying school materials, and providing uniforms are ways to accomplish this. There are departments for primary, secondary, and post-secondary education in our curriculum.  Our approach is to work with kids until they can find employment in Kenya. We collaborate with educational institutions that have a proven track record of producing high academic results, even though we neither own nor run any of them.

Health and well-being

We established a program to keep an eye on the kids’ health. During the Saturday Program, we provide a nurse who evaluates sick children and performs routine “well-child” exams on a rotating basis. In the event of a child’s illness, the parent or guardian visits the office to obtain a voucher before going to a clinic to receive treatment.

Supportive community

Our efforts to give our kids a caring community have been crucial to the success of our program. Helping them achieve their goals and change their lives. In order to enhance student achievement, we offer case management support, a weekly program, an annual camp and an advisory group made up of parents and guardians to encourage parental involvement.
